In 2015, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication with an emphasis in Interactive Design from the Scripps School of Communication at Ohio University.  10 days after graduation, I immediately moved across the country with no job, just the will and want to live and set roots for a career in California. I landed a design internship on my second day out here with a Brand + Digital Agency, Jacob Tyler, then I went on to be the sole UX Designer for two companies, The Startup Garage and Now Media Group, where I was engaged in learning about and designing websites for small startups, entrepreneurs, doctors, dentists, and lawyers.

In 2018, I was given the amazing opportunity to work with clientele shaping and changing the world. I crafted websites and brands with visionaries in the social impact spaces such as energy & environment, health & wellness, social justice, scientific progress, arts & culture, education, and philanthropy.

My career took a turn in 2020, along with the whole world, which lead me to take an opportunity and pursue a career in product as a designer. In the last 3 years, I've gained a tremendous amount of insight into a full fledge, venture-backed startup in the tech eCommerce space researching, architecting, launching, and continuously iterating, a full design system and dashboard for Nacelle.

I balance my work with personal passions for animals, adult sports, and photography. I am currently involved in a fostering program with San Diego Human Society and run a kickball league here in San Diego. In the last year, I started pursuing a small business with lifestyle photography for weddings, engagements, families, maternity, and military homecomings.
